The UMD Support Desk is also the fastest and most reliable way of obtaining support from UMD as: Support Contract CustomersOrganisations that have Support Contracts with UMD, will have a Customer specific support portal setup. If you do not have have access to your Customer specific support portal, please follow these instructions to obtian your login. This excludes Contract and Systems support. Thereafter, UMD standard support charge of $180 (ex-gst) per hour shall apply, charged in 15 minute increments (i.e. $45 ex gst per 15 minute block) For non-account customers, we recommend you purchase Pre-Paid Support Vouchers.
