UMD-Chariot™ IoT (Internet of Things) Edgeware Application Development Platform is a Solution as a Service (SLaaS) platform offering, used to develop customer specific intelligent sensor networks to control and capture data from Edgeware devices.
When combined with UMD’s engineering IoT solutions skills to:
  • Design and manufacture electronic IoT, terminal and sensor devices
  • Source and integrated ICT equipment and terminals from UMD’s key agencies, and
  • Support through UMD’s professional, engineering, software and support services

The resulting Platform as a Service (PaaS) can be used to solve many real world problems in:

Purpose
UMD-Chariot™ SLaaS can be used to enable systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Asset Management Systems, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA) or any other Software System to:

  • TXP - Token Exchange Platform as a broker service with related Application Services around issuing and managing redemption Vouchers, cashless transactions and providing remote device management for UMD's Electronic Voucher Terminals (EVT).
  • ICADA - As an application broker and related Application Services for UMD's IoT Control And Data Acquisition (ICADA) platform where we collect remote sensor date (status, temperature, gas, etc)
